Creative Hands

Last weekend, we drove to Menucha in the Columbia Gorge for an art retreat. Dayna Collins inspired me to take photos of the artists' hands. For me, this weekend offered a time to honor friendships, laugh, create, share, reflect and enjoy the beauty of nature. I came home full of inspiration, wonder and a full heart.

How wonderful to see everyone's hands being so creative and making something handmade. I have a small personal business I named "Grandma's Hands" which was in honor of my Grandma teaching me with her hands and now I am a Grandma making things with my "Grandma's Hands". Happy creating...

I love your hand shots. It makes me miss getting together with my friends. There is nothing like a circle of creative women.

What a great post! I love seeing all of the hands and the creative projects they are making! The Menucha retreat always sounds like so much fun!
